Cholent!

Cholent has always intimidated me. The ingredients were unfamiliar and 12 hours of cooking! C’mon, how does that even work for shabbos??? And the recipes! There are so many different recipes that have way different ingredients, some of which seem really important. Marrow bones? Nope, that is me stepping away.

I recently took the plunge and attempted it again. I found a bunch of recipes and took what I was comfortable with from each and tried to keep the ingredients to what I usually have in my pantry anyway. I cooked it in a crock pot and it turned out amazing!
